Service Description
Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation and promotes inner healing. Immerse yourself in a state of conscious relaxation and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. A immeasurable tool for mums, insomniacs, first responders and anyone looking to gain some restoration but might be time/sleep poor. A 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice can be equal to 3 hour of restorative sleep. Despite the name, this practice is done in a laying down position and does not include asana (movement). In the Signature package we add in some mindful movement before we start, bringing you back into your body and out of your mind. We will do some breathwork to aid in calming the mind and preparing for the Yoga Nidra practice. At the end of the guided Yoga Nidra i'll invite you to stay laying down to help amplify the integration process while we add some breathwork, gentle Reiki and finish with a smoke cleaning ritual to close. Cancellation Policy
Yoga Nidra Class – Cancellation, No-Show & Transfer Policy 1. Booking & Payment a. Class spots must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your place. b. By booking, you agree to this policy. 2. Cancellation & Notice Period a. You may cancel or transfer your class up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. The fee paid will either be refunded, credited for future class, or you may transfer your spot to another person (see below). b. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class, or do not attend (no-show), the full fee is forfeited (no refund or credit). 3. Substitute / Transfer of Spot a. You may arrange for someone else to take your place, provided they pay the class fee and you notify us in writing at least 24 hours before class. b. Once the substitute has been confirmed, your obligation is considered fulfilled. 4. Late Cancellations / Repeated No-Shows a. If you have [e.g. 3] no-shows or late cancellations (within 48-hour window) in a rolling 3 month period, we reserve the right to limit your ability to book classes in advance / give priority to others. b. Late cancellations or no‐shows do not count toward usable credits. 5. Refunds / Credits a. Refunds or credits only apply where cancellation is made within the notice period, or where the business cancels or we must reschedule or cancel a class. b. In the case of illness, emergency or unavoidable event, please contact us as soon as possible. We may consider waiving fees or granting credit, contact us for more information. 6. Business Classes / Workshops a. For special events, guest instructors, or workshops, separate cancellation rules may apply (e.g. shorter notice / no refunds). b. These will be communicated at time of booking. 7. Communication & Notice a. All cancellations, transfers, or substitute arrangements must be made in writing (email / booking portal / text) by the required notice period. b. We will send reminders of your booking and this policy when you pay or enrol. 8. Exceptions & Goodwill a. We may in our discretion allow exceptions for special circumstances. b. Any waivers or credits outside of this policy will be documented.
