General

What is Cosmic Prana and what do you offer?

Cosmic Prana is a holistic business that works with healing modalities such as Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, Yoga, Energy work and more.

What industries do you specialize in?

Breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Meditation would be my main 3 at the moment, but i am always learning and growing so keep an eye on socials for more up to date info.

What should I bring to my appointment?

An open mind, some water, book for notes if you wish, comfortable clothes and an intention in mind for the session.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Not yet, but coming soon!

How do I book a consultation?

Mostly via DM, however email and online booking also available.

What are your hours of operation?

Currently open fortnightly on Saturdays.

Do you have bathroom facilities?

Yes, however it is a communal shop bathroom so its cleanliness is out of my control. If you have any issues with this you can also use the public toilets at the library across the road.

Can I contact you through social media platforms?

Yes, you can find me on Instagram and Facebook.

How long does it take to receive a response to my inquiry?

This is a 'mothercentric' business which means it fits around my life and not the other way around, having said that i always try to answer as soon as i can, you shouldn't be waiting more than a couple days max (as long as its not a weekend)

Can I visit your physical store or office location?

Yes, i work out of Shadow & Light in Evans Head and you can visit me when I'm in store every fortnight - 1/3 Oak St, Evans Head, NSW, Australia, 2473.

Do you have a return/refund policy?

Yes, please chat to me if you need any more info on this.

Do you offer custom packages?

I am more than happy to do a custom package for you, just ask me.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Yes please read when booking.

Do you accept insurance?

Not at this stage.

Is my personal information secure?

Your personal information is never shared with anyone, its is purely for me to customise your experience best i can to your needs.

Do you have a mobile app?

Not yet, but maybe soon...

Payments

Can I pay with a credit/debit card?

When paying online you can, i don't have credit card facilities in person yet.

Do you accept PayPal or other online payment platforms?

Yes

Can I pay with a gift card or store credit?

If you have received a gift card then yes, you can more certainly use that. I don't currently offer store credit.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Direct Debit, Paypal.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes i do sometimes.

Can I use mobile payment options like Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Not yet but hopefully soon.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, they are available to buy from my website.
