Yoga Nidra is an ancient guided meditation practice that invites you to rest deeply—no movement, no effort, just lying down and being gently led into a state of profound relaxation. Through stages like body scanning, breath awareness, visualisation, and setting a heartfelt intention, our monthly Yoga Nidra helps calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. It guides you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can rest and the subconscious becomes more open and receptive. This practice is deeply healing for those feeling burnt out, anxious, or simply tired. Just 30 minutes can feel as restorative as HOURS of sleep. Over time, it can improve sleep quality, support emotional healing, and help you reconnect with your inner peace. You don’t need any experience to begin—Yoga Nidra is accessible, gentle, and here to meet you exactly where you are.

What to Bring; Mat, blanket, & an open mind.

*Very LIMITED mats and bolsters available to borrow.

Optional to bring; Small pillow, socks (in winter), eye mask, bolster.

Please arrive and be settled 5min before start time.

Single, unisex, complex shared bathroom/toilet available, or public toilets at the library across the road.
